If you're like most parents, you might be wondering...

  • Are my toddler's speech errors "normal"?

  • Which sound errors can I expect and at what age should my child be able to pronounce all the sounds?

  • How can I help my toddler's pronounce speech sounds clearly so they are easier to understand?

The good news is, making speech errors is a natural (and adorable) part of learning to speak!

BUT, some errors can make your little one hard to understand, which can also make them frustrated.

Parents who don't have the right tools risk pushing their children to make speech sounds before it's developmentally appropriate, which leads to:

  • Increased frustration (on everyone's part!)
  • Miscommunication
  • & overall... speaking LESS!

We want to keep communication attempts positive. This is SO important for your little one.

So, how do we work on speech sounds at home?

The Speech Sounds Toolkit gives you EVERYTHING you need to know when and how to encourage speech sounds that are appropriate for your little one by weaving strategies into your daily routines!
